1. Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. In periods of exceptionally high demand, processing may take slightly longer, and customers will be notified via email of any significant delays.

Shipping Options & Estimates

We ship across Europe and internationally using reliable courier networks to ensure safe transit:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–11 business days within Europe.

  • Express Shipping: Typically takes 1–5 business days within Europe.

2. Returns, Exchanges & Claims

No-Return & Final Sale Policy

Due to the highly sensitive biochemical nature of our products and the instant-access delivery of our digital educational manuals, all sales are final.

We do not accept standard returns, mind-changes, buyer errors, or exchanges once an order has been dispatched or a digital file has been downloaded.

Digital Goods & Instant Access

Educational guides, manuals, and eBooks are delivered instantly via email link upon checkout. Due to the digital nature of these products, you explicitly agree that access is granted immediately and you waive your right to any cooling-off period or refund once the download link is generated.

Claims & Verification Process

We take quality control seriously. If you receive an item that is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must initiate a claim under the following strict conditions:

  1. Contact our official support team via email (support@ipsbiotech.com) within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and undeniable photographic or video evidence showing both the outer packaging and the affected product.

  3. Upon successful verification, we will either arrange a replacement shipment at our expense or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-eligible Claims

Claims will be automatically rejected if:

  • The carrier tracking system marks the shipment as "Delivered" (unless concrete, official proof of non-delivery is provided).

  • The delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • The products have been used, opened, or altered after delivery.
